"The room was clean and parking was sacred for our car there were lot car broken in to the other night "

"Room was ok my suggestion is never leave any amount of money out. Money taken and room wasn’t serviced at time money was taken. Was also quoted a different price and told they didn’t have rooms but when made reservation online mysteriously two rooms were available at a different price. "

"The breakfast was great and the staff was right on with ensuring food was available and clean up was spot on!"

"Room was clean, there were some stains on the sofa bed, had to put the cushions on top with a sheet to cover it up. Wasn’t told about the hot tub being out of commission until after I paid for the room, didn’t mention that you had to pay for breakfast until I went to go get something, so ended up going out to breakfast the whole wknd, only had access to one elevator & that one overheated & stopped working so I had to walk up to my room on the 4th floor with knee replacements wasn’t easy, I asked for extra towels & they had none in the laundry was told to check back at 9am the next day so I just went & bought a few. The pool area had no extra towels plus the pool didn’t even look clean. This hotel was highly recommended & I am very highly disappointed!!"

"The hotel was nice and clean, but the safety and peace of mind was not there. We woke up to the entire parking lot ransacked. Around 40 cars were broken into and glass scattered everywhere. The hotel only has one tiny camera at the door so no way to see who committed the crime. The police are aware that this is a weekly occurrence yet nothing is done. Just warning other visitors that this hotel and the surrounding hotels are not safe from break-ins. "

"Nice hotel.just shocked that when i called and asked foe a extra pillow and blankets they said they couldnt, what hotel dosnt have extea pilliows and blankets."

"The elevator was broken and we were staying on the sixth floor, which meant we needed to make a phone call every time we wanted to come up and down from the lobby. The pool and hot tub area had no supervision and there were a lot of children jumping in and out of the hot tub and doing unsafe things in the pool area. The room was lovely, the staff was nice. They just seemed totally overrun."

"Nice, but they make you pay extra for EVERYTHING. $300 a night could include some complimentary coffee and water…. not to mention there was a homeless man masterbating in the lobby restroom"

"My only problem was my key didn’t work the second nite and I had to drive back around from the back parking and wait over 25 mins for the clerk to come back to the desk to fix my key, he left nothing saying he had left the desk and it was 1:30am and I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. "
