No hot water in the shower, power went out multiple times. They advertised online that they had a free airport shuttle but they didn’t. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean

Ikke pengene værd
Vi ankom til hotellet efter trekking i 10 dage. Vi havde glædet os meget. Da vi ankom fik vi serveret frisk juice og alt var fint. Desværre virkede airconditioning ikke, og vi måtte derfor skifte værelse ! Næste morgen besluttede vi os for at benytte os af at man kunne få vasket sit tøj på hotellet. (Selvom det kostede ca 10 gange så meget som hvis vi havde fået gjort det ude i byen). Men da det primært var dyrt trekking udstyr ville vi gerne betale lidt ekstra for god service. Desværre ende det alligevel galt. Over halvdelen af tøjet var ødelagt da vi fik det tilbage. Hvidt tøj var vasket med sort og fleecetrøjer osv ødelagt. Det endte med at vi fik 8$ rabat, selvom der var blevet ødelagt for ca 300$.
Udover det benyttede vi os af roomservice. Dog kom de med noget helt andet end vi havde bestilt. Da vi konfronterede dem med problemet, sagde de at de desværre ikke havde de ting de skulle bruge til den anden ret. Derfor lavede de bare noget andet.
Der er INTET varmt vand på hotellet. Hvilket er lidt mærkeligt da værelserne inkl. toilettet er fint.
Vil ikke anbefalede hotellet til andre. Dine penge kan bruges bedre et andet sted!
Dog skal det siges at personalet er meget dårlige til engelsk , men at morgenmaden var god.
