The hotel is good, with the rooms a little bit worn off. The prices are reasonable. It has a really convenient location in the middle of lakeside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Come here since 10 years
Nice hotel with a great location right in the center of Lakeside. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are getting a little bit worn off, but are still good value for the price. I come here since 10 years and am still satisfied. Good midrange hotel in Pokhara.
I'd paid for an economy room and got what I paid for. My room was tiny but perfectly adequate, I only really needed a bed and a shower as I wasn't planning to be in the hotel that much.
The management were very helpful and friendly in fact I got a knock on my door in the morning to tell me that there was a good view of Fishtail Mountain if I wanted to go up to the roof to have a better look.
The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes away from the main road where all the bars, restaurants and shops are.
No management and no rules
Wi fi not working at all
No hot water even in morning and if bath is required then only one option take cold water bath in cold morning or cancel your programme and most important is listening your complain.
Employees responce when complained was
" complain anyone we don't care "
" Maybe our stay was free
and complementary "

Friendly helpful staff
After a long journey the pretty courtyard and welcoming staff were a delight. The rooms a good size with comfy chairs and separate bathrooms. Decor a bit tired but clean. We were off trekking so being able to leave extra luggage in safe storage with identity tickets was a bonus. Local knowledge helpful when plane delayed and organising taxis. Breakfast onsite and close to all that we wanted to see and do with the lake a short stroll.

Reliable clean hotel in Pokhara
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Away from the main road so a bit quieter than other places. Some confusion about whether breakfast was included, (although it was clearly noted on my booking confirmation). Regardless, owner did the right thing and deferred to my understanding that it was included in the booking.
Mr. Rishi-the manager of the hotel, is an amazing, polite, and friendly person. It was rainy, when I arrived, he
was very helpful, he offered me an umbrella, when I visited the lake, in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel
staff was great and efficient. The hotel has awesome view of the Himalayan Peak. The room, and the hotel
was very clean.
This was our third stay here. The staff is very friendly, and always very helpful. Everything from cab rides, bus tickets, sightseeing and medical attention they have taken care of no problem. The rooms are comfortable and of good standard. Location is great.
Nice, clean, central hotel just removed enough to offer some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Rooms towards the back of the hotel are quieter.

comfortable bed, wifi and cable t.v
While their food was nothing to rave at, this hotel was accessible, comfortable and low budget. No uninvited pests, clean and everything worked when the power was on. This is a low end hotel price-wise, so don't expect power by expensive generators...but they do have emergency lighting and wifi stays on. Best for me was the mattress topping that was like memory foam. After some bad mattress nights, this was a god send.
Helpful/agreeable staff that will help you line up travel plans/adventures as well.
I was foolish enough to listen to Lonely planet about paying the extra 20$/night for a deluxe room. HUGE mistake. Sure, the deluxe room has a bathtub and a sitting area. It also has a bed that's harder than the floor, no wireless that works in the room, bedding from 1980, and disintegrating walls. This was not a $40+/night room. It was maybe worth half that. There are *much* nicer places for the same cost at Lakeside.
The only reason I would give this hotel 2 stars is because the hotel staff was very, very accommodating, and the rooms were clean.
I downgraded to a std room for the second night so I could get wifi access and sleep on a bed that wasn't harder than a rock. They weren't even going to give me a refund for the difference, but I was not about to pay for a deluxe room and stay in a std when the deluxe was completely unacceptable.
Mind you because this is a smoking hotel, the std room I downgraded to reeked of smoke, and I had to get another blanket because I didn't want to sleep in what smelled like an ashtray.
