Great stay

Great service and cleanliness from this place! It was under renovations during my stay, so i imagine it'll only get better. Friendly owner and very very comfy bed. Would recommend!

This hotel is very basic, we asked for a suite which we got but there were so many issues with the room that we had to change the room. The electricity cut out every 15mins so we weren’t impressed. Spa was awful, I went to see it but didn’t bother to book a treatment. Breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful.

Someone needs to go through room by room and check if things work. Start with doors, then go to safes, TV’s and then the showers. Good hotel but a complete lack of maintenance since it was built let’s it down.

Terrible experience, no value for money, in my amenities it was written... airport transfer free but not provided by hotel, swimming cool water was very cold not usable, room condition was also very so so or average not Up to the mark, even staff was also not friendly and in night only security guard was handling whole hotel.

Very disappointing

Imagine the following: You get back to Pokhara after many days trekking with no heat, electricity, or running water and you're looking forward to a hot shower in the nice looking hotel you spent extra money to book, only to find out there is no hot water. You ask at the desk and the say they will fix it, it'll take about an hour. You try again later that night, still no hot water. You give up and take a "shower" with the electric kettle, because at least that'll be hot. You lay in bed for the night and find out the outlet next to your bed doesn't work, so you have to plug in your phone across the room. The next morning you try another shower, still cold. That about sums up this hotel stay.

A fine, affordable place to stay

Overall, it was a good stay. The affordable price make a lot of the little issues not as big of an issue. We had issues with noise of guests around us and them smoking too (not completely the hotel's fault). They started serving breakfast at 8am which was really late for our family and it was pretty crowded at that time. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the rooms weren't cleaned very often. Having a pool was great and the view was amazing, but it was pretty small and got over-crowded quickly. The hotel also seemed understaffed. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed a reasonable price, but we would probably look at other hotels before coming back.

I felt absoltuly fine durinf my 3 night stay. Everyone was very kind and helped whereever they could. From the Restaurant on the 6th floor you have a good point of view to the Himalaya.

Actually i had a reservation only one night with my friend. But we stayed 3 nights more because of Comfort room condition, nice view, nice breakfast, kind staff. Its the best hotel that i met in pokhara as considering the cost. If i come back to pokhara, i will stay this hotel ever~~

Disappointed and definitely not 4.2 stars

Hotel doesn’t look as nice as in the pictures. It look old and dirty. There is a smell when you enter the room also. The bed is super uncomfortable (got back pain from it). And breakfast was too oily. There no isolation so you can hear everything in the corridor and even your neighbors door bell!

We stayed for 4 nights. Perfect breakfast place, facing the Himalaya. But there should have been more for the money $$$ Breakfast, not much choice and not fresh in the last half hour. On the breakfast table are standing old and dirty cards. Very nice big round tables. But as in more details in the hotel not clean! Rooms, no shift on bedlinnen ?? We asked by our self. The Queensize bed had a huge hard line in the middle. Room and bathroom not clean. Internet: ok, understood it varied per room, make sure to check with arrival Location: very good nearby the tourist area Parking: very good Staff: very pleasant I would not recommend the hotel , when the $$$ is not inline with a good breakfast and cleaning it looses for me ´´points´´. Despite the nice top view restaurant.

Breakfast view was perfect !! Himalaya view !! Staff: good! Cleanless: it is in the details, no dusting during stay of 4 days, dirty cards on the breakfast table, our expectations for a hotel of this standard was much higher. Breakfast: fresh cooked should be there as well 30 min for closing, not much choices, mineral water is charged?? Rooms: a lot of moister in the rooms, towels don´t dry, limited with warm water, limited with towels.... staff was willing to bring extra when we asked. Internett: good! Location: good!
