The hotel is tucked away a few minutes from Paddington station on a quiet leafy street. The rooms are small but carefully designed and appointed, both aesthetically and functionally. The breakfast is elegantly put together, fresh, not extensive but just like the rooms a perfect set to start the day. I’ve stayed with them a half dozen times and each time the service has been consistently excellent.

Lovely location with great views of London skyline. Not great for tube but this is offset by quietness of location and rooms.
Rooms are furnished to high standard although could do with a bit more wardrobe space. Overall though worth the money and somewhere I will come back to. Be aware when booking that some rooms have no desk.
