Fidèle à la description

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce logement et tout est conforme à la description de l’annonce. La communication s’est très bien passée avec Stéphanie qui s’est adaptée à nos changement d’horaires d’avion. Une bouteille de punch nous attendait à notre arrivée. Le logement est idéalement situé si vous souhaitez explorer Basse-Terre. Pour Grande-Terre, comptez 45 minutes pour aller à Pointe-à-Pitre, 1h15 pour Saint-Anne et 1h45 pour Saint-François. Alors c’est sûr, on n’est pas au bord de la mer mais la plage la plus proche est à 3km. Par contre, vous en avez largement pour votre argent au vu des prestations de la maison. Je recommande.

Sur les hauteurs de pointe noire

Maison très fonctionnelle avec deux salles de bain, deux toilettes. Les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine tres bien équipée '( grand four, grand frigo congélateur, micro onde). Le logement est tres propre. La terrasse à l'arrière de la maison est tres agréable bien que non protégée en cas de pluie. L'avant de la maison donne sur la route mais l'arrière de la maison est calme et les chambres donnent sur l'arrière. Merci à Stephanie pour don accueil et son delicieux rhum arrangé !

Maison très sommaire, mais avec cependant le nécessaire. Dommage que l'espace extérieur ne soit pas suffisamment aménagé. Erreur sur l'annonce : il n'y a pas de plage à 4 minutes à pied. Une voiture est indispensable. L'eau chaude peut manquer. Le prix de la location correspond aux prestations.

Sejour agreable et au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour, le logement est grand (4 chambres et 2 salles de bain), fonctionnel et etait propre à notre arrivée. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la proximité de la route ne dérange pas car les chambres donnent côté jardin. Nous avons été bien accueillis par l'hôte qui était tres ponctuelle et réactive.

ESCROQUERIE: maison ne correspondant pas à l'annonce! la mer ne se situe pas à 300m mais plutôt à 4kms! de plus la maison n'est pas climatisée car une seule chambre est pourvue d'une clim. l’hôte demande de ne pas utiliser de papier toilette car mauvaise évacuation des eaux et remontée dans la douche, qui a du mal à évacuer aussi.Attention, pas d'eau chaude si pas de soleil car ballon solaire (pas précisé dans l'annonce). cafards dans la cafetière et dans les placards, maison sale! Abritel prévenu de cette annonce Bref, A EVITER +++

Gite pointe noire

Nous avons loué une voiture 7 places par l'intermédiaire de Stéphanie nous étions quatres mais à cause des bagages avions besoin de ce type de vehicule. Stéphanie est à l'écoute très disponible pour nous faciliter notre séjour. Maison idéale pour famille double salle de bain et wc et comme dit sur l'annonce bonne situation géographique.

Semaine en Basse Terre

Bonne localisation du logement pour visiter Basse Terre. Météo assez capricieuse nous obligeant à prévoir un planning aec activités de visites ou ballades le matin car l’apres Midi c’etait Plutôt mitigé avec de belles averses ne nous empêchant pas de bonnes baignades jusqu’au magnifiques couchers de soleil

Maison très propre et bien située, propriétaire à l'écoute

L'accueil de Stéphanie a été très agréable, elle est discrète mais réactive et à l'écoute. La maison est très propre, assez spacieuse et bien située pour visiter Basse-Terre, mais également Grand-Terre du fait de la proximité de la Route de la Traversée. A recommander sans hésiter !
