"Hotelli on kauniisti sisustettu ja varusteltu. Sijainti oli lähellä palveluja, mutta esim. rautatieasema ja junat eivät olleet käytössä. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta usein lopussa monet tuotteet ennen aikaa. Allas-alue ei viihtyisä, mutta allas puhdas. Osa henkilökuntaa puhui englantia ja oli ystävällisiä, mutta vastaava pariskunta ei hyvin ystävällinen eikä auttavainen. "Possibly the best hotel in Pointe Noire. It is a very nice place but it unfortunately fails at times to exploit its full potential. As a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected it to do the things u see in Hilton around the world. There were no doorman to help with luggage when I arrive nor was there anyone available to help me with luggage to take me to my room when I first checked in. Not that I needed the help necessarily but it’s the little things that count when u check in a luxury hotel. Biggest issue I had during my 5 night stay was the fact that I woke up one morning with a big roach crawling on my bed. I understand that vermine is tropical locations r sometimes not the easiest to get rid of but it’s a luxury hotel thus expected better. That being said, all staff was courteous and respectful and always helpful when I asked for assistance. If works sends me there to Pointe Noire again, I wouldn’t hesitate go ring them another try in the hopes they live up to their full potential."
