"The hotel is nice, but not 4-star nice. The breakfast service was subpar, and the outdoor restaurant closes way too early. Also, there's no elevator, and no one to help you with your bags up the stairs; fortunately we only had to go up one flight of stairs. The room we reserved was advertised as ..."
