Spacious, cozy studio with ocean views, a pool, and the beach

Experience Guadeloupe easily by choosing this corner of paradise in the centre of the island of beautiful waters. Traveller or professional, you will be ideally located in Bas du Fort, in a secure residence with swimming pool and beach nearby.
This refurbished studio is composed of an air-conditioned interior space (20 m²), spacious bedroom and separate bathroom. The covered terrace (12 m²) offers you an equipped kitchen and a relaxing living room to enjoy the sea view while having coffee or ti punch!
A 300l cistern is installed to compensate for the frequent water cuts in Guadeloupe, it takes over automatically, you will be able to enjoy serenely.
The accommodation was refurbished in September 2021 and we wanted to give a modern side while preserving the spirit of the islands, especially in the decoration. The furniture and bedding are new and of good quality for optimal comfort.
Regarding the beds, the studio is composed of a 160 bed and a 1-seater sofa bed.
This is a studio apartment, but the layout is such that the interior can be considered a separate bedroom and the outside living room, kitchen/dining room.
For the beaches you have the choice right next door: the beach at the bottom of the Fort is located 300 m away, you can easily reach it on foot in 5 minutes. The one of Fort Fleur d'Epée, a little larger is 1 km away, also accessible on foot. And 5 minutes by car the beach of La Datcha in the village of Gosier, with its beach bars, restaurants, and the nearby Ilet Gosier.
In the immediate vicinity (200 m), the Bas du Fort sports club offers several water activities: The tour of the small marine cul de sac in a sports catamaran / Kayak and Stand up Paddle rental / A day or 3 hours of water sports with family or friends / holiday course...

The residence "Les terrasses de la Digue" is secure and you have a numbered parking space.
Parking spaces are also available outside the residence.
Magali, the concierge of the accommodation, will be available to prepare your trip, welcome you on site and provide you with advice if necessary during your stay.

The swimming pool is located in the Village Viva residence which adjoins the Terrasses de la Digue residence in which the studio is located. Access is via a gate common to the 2 residences. The pool is very large, the liner and the surroundings are damaged but the swimming pool is completely passable. Renovation work is planned (consult us for more details, at the moment we do not have a date yet).

The location of the studio is ideal for exploring Guadeloupe. You will never be more than 1 hour from your destination, whether it is at the tip of Grande Terre or Basse Terre.
