Spacious 4 BR house - One block from private beach w/ beach passes

Our newly renovated peaceful seashore retreat invites you to relax, unwind, and breathe. Located on a quiet street, only one block away from the private beach (beach passes included for all guests) and a short walk to the train station. Minutes away from the boardwalk and downtown, the location offers easy access while maintaining privacy and tranquility. The nearby park offers facilities such as tennis courts, pickleball, and basketball for valuable bonding experiences.

Main renter must be 25yrs or older.

Let us know if you are bringing your furry ones! (Dogs only. No cats please. Owner has severe allergies.)

Guests may not check-in, bring or "invite" additional people to sleep at the house beyond the number of people declared on the official reservation. 8 people Max and children are also considered as guests (eg: 6 adults+3 children=9 guests and it is not allowed). If you need to update the number of people in your party just call, text or message me in advance of your stay so we can prepare the house accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if occupancy exceeds the reservation.

Up to 8 complimentary beach badges will be provided during your stay so you have unlimited access to the private community beach. Each lost badge is subject to a $250 replacement fee. So try not to lose it!!! :)

The host was very friendly and accommodating. House was very clean and as described in rental details. Very short walk to the beach and a nice walk to the boardwalk as well. Private beach was very nice to have too. A must have rental if looking for a quite peaceful neighborhood.

The property was as advertised and very clean. House was very comfortable. The private beach was perfect and a block away. Bonus was that all bedding, bath towels and pool towels were all included. Highly recommend and would book again

Wonderful family beach vacation!

The house was great! All the bedrooms were spacious. The pictures on the listing don’t do the back yard justice. The house was very clean and we appreciated that all the linens and towels needed were provided! We loved the backyard and pool, and the beach is really such a close walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean home in an ideal location. The kitchen was well stocked and the comfy couch was our favorite place to hang out. The private beach was amazing. Our little dog loved the fenced in yard. Great memories were made at this house.
