Located in old Point Lonsdale this studio is perfect for couples and solo travellers on a relaxed weekend getaway or a longer beach side holiday. The studio offers comfortable and stylish accommodation in a convenient location.

Close to the beach and local eateries studio @ 8 boasts a sunny private balcony, generous bathroom and superior queen accommodation. There is off street parking and a separate guest entrance.

The studio space has a kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, crockery and cutlery. There is an electric BBQ for use on the balcony but no indoor cook top.

Bed linen, bath towels, tea and coffee are provided.

Access the beaches, walking tracks, Golf Club, Tennis Courts, Surf Club, Lighthouse and Pier in minutes or go a little further to historic Queenscliff for sightseeing and sophisticated shopping.

Sample the delights of the local wineries and cider house or soak up some culture in the galleries. At the end of your day fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Studio @ 8 is convenient accommodation for the Queenscliff Music Festival. The festival has been running on the last weekend in November for since 1998 and continues to go from strength to strength.

Easily access the shuttle bus that runs during Festival time between Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale from the end of the street.

Undercover garaging can be arranged for vintage and classic vehicles if you are visiting for one of the special motoring events in our region. Just ask us about this when you book.

The studio does not accommodate pets.

Such a relaxing place

One of the best Studios

We have stayed here at least 5-6 times. Feels like a second home. Lovely ,clean, comfortable and quiet. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the shops. Highly recommended.

Weekend at Pt Lonsdale

We really enjoyed Louise's property. It is in a great location - off the main road and secluded in a cul de sac but only a short walk to Pt Lonsdale strip and beach). The place was clean and bright, and the furnishings modern and comfortable. While attached, the property is very private and separate from the main residence.

Weekend getaway

The perfect studio apartment for the two of us. A great location being so close to the beach and the Point Lonsdale shops. But tucked away in a quiet court away from the holiday crowds. A comfortable bed and couch for relaxing. Will definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful well presented and clean accommodation. Comfy queen bed, big bedroom, good sized bathroom and shower with decent water pressure. Good size kitchen/dining area with a lovely balcony and bbq. Point Lonsdale getaway

It was our second time at Studio@8 and we were not disappointed. It had everything we needed, extremely clean and well positioned to tour the Bellarine. Situated in a nice quiet cul-de sac it was very peaceful and Louise a very attentive host. We will return.

Beach getaway

The property was clean, tidy and in an excellent location, only a short walk to the beach and shops. A short drive to Queenscliff, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads offers wonderful opportunities to explore the coast, local produce and excellent fare. Lousie, the property manager was friendly, touching base with us briefly to ensure we were enjoying our stay and we had everything we needed.
