Excellent Point Lonsdale Stay.
Great property. Booked it very last minute and Paul was great with communication. The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach for walking and to Point Lonsdale cafes, nice quite location, plenty of space in apartment including a deck, kitchen and dining area, lounge with cosy and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen fully set up for easy use and a well sr out bathroom

Great location. Well appointed with everything one could possibly need in a holiday home . The only negative could be if you can’t climb stairs . This complex does require tenants to climb stairs to the units. Only one or two flights , but could be an issue for someone who is infirm. Didn’t worry us at all. The owner does have other ground level options though.

Paul was very easy to deal with, place was nice and comfortable. Fire place was a winner. Previous guests trashed the place but was still in great condition. Would be great for big group. Definitely would stay again. Across from cemetary, a little spooky but adds to the charm.

Spacious and comfy.
Spacious apartment. Beds comfy. Quite clean. Good location for swimming at the Point Lonsdale beaches. Was a bit stuffy in the bedrooms on a 40 degree day but the fans helped. A bigger tv in the lounge and tvs in the bedroom would have been good. Also, for the price, a coffee machine and decent coffee would have been pretty standard elsewhere.

Lovely apartment easy access to town and beach
My friend and I enjoyed a lovely one night stay at the apartment. It catered to all our needs. Short stroll to town where coffee and cake was delicious. Beach was straight across the road for a beautiful walk on Sunday with glorious weather. Lighthouse not too far away either. Booking with very easy and Paul was very friendly on the phone. I hope to visit again for a longer stay to explore the area further and maybe catch the ferry

Impressed by big bedrooms, high quality bathroom and kitchen, spacious lounge, dining and deck, excellent gas heating and aircon, position very close to Point Lonsdale beach, shops and restaurants. Ideal for a family in particular. Only small but important letdown was missing bulb in lounge reading lamp.

Beautiful apartment walking distance to the heart of Port Lonsdale and the beach. Everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. Can't recommend it enough. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, separate longe with large balcony.

Nice apartment close to town and beach
Met by the owner at the apartment. He was friendly and efficient. The apartment was clean, modern with King size bed in main bedroom, lovely bathroom, kitchen and excellent, spacious protected balcony. The property was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Located in a quiet street we had a very pleasant peaceful stay.

I paid more money than a hotel to stay in an Apartment/ House for the comfort of my privacy. This does not happen as the owner lives on the same property and is watching every move.

A comfortable getaway!
We had 2 nights at this apartment. We enjoyed the location as we were able to walk along the safe beach to the light house which was an easy stroll. We were also a short drive to Queenscliff for a nice pub meal. Nothing open for a meal in Point Lonsdale. We unfortunately did not have any view of the ocean which we had hoped for, as we were on the lower apartment, and also we could hear the TV and the people in the apartment above us constantly walking around which we did not like.

Stunning accomodation
We spent 1 night at this apartment. It has everything you need. Beautiful king size beds in both bedrooms. Large lounge, couch was very comfortable and big. Bathroom is well laid out and spacious. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Quiet location. Onsite parking. Paul was a delight to deal with, and made everything so easy. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

Great place to be!
Location: The apartment was located in the quiet countryside. Even though it’s just off a main road, which leads to Queenscliff, you wouldn’t know it, as it’s that quiet! We didn’t expect, though, for the apartments to be located directly opposite a cemetery! Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless when we arrived and everything was in working order! Appliances: I tried to turn the washing machine on, but it wouldn’t turn on. I figured that it had been turned off to preserve energy, but I couldn’t find the switch. My boyfriend found it at the back of the cupboard, underneath the sink. There was no notice telling us where it was. Kitchen: The kitchen was an adequate size and fully equipped. However, I expected there to be scissors and an oven mitt, but there was neither. A bonus, though, was that there was about 600ml of unopened milk in the fridge. Bathroom: The bathroom was very roomy and the bathtub was awesome! There was room to spread out or to have two people sit (or lie down) comfortably in there! They provided a few items, such as little bottles of shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, towels and a bathmat. However, there was only one sanitary bag. Hardly adequate if a woman had her period, and it was heavy! Lounge room: The fireplace gave a good amount of heat, and the two couches provided were really good and comfortable; you could sleep on those couches, if need be, and still have a good nights’ sleep! Bedrooms: The bedrooms were great

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY
We only had one night & it's a pity we couldn't have stayed for a week. We loved it. This is a perfect place to stay for families or two couples. It has 2 bedrooms each with king beds (or 2 singles), a large kitchen & an equally large comfortable lounge. In fact, because there are only two units altogether it would be brilliant for four couples to holiday together.

The apartment was excellent - close to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops. It contained all one needs for a stay of one night, a week or even a month. Paul was welcoming and helpful. We hope to return.
