S H Desai and her family stayed for a weekend. We tried our best to offered her early check-in although there was a same day checkout, also my cleaners helped them to received their groceries and put into the fridges before their arrival. As they requested, we also prepared the baby cot for them. I believe S H Desai and her family had a satisfied stay.

Hi Jennifer, I am very sorry to hear your disappointment with the first access with the smart lock. The smart lock has the protection function if you had too many wrong trying . Actually I answered your call immediately and was able to removal control to open the lock but meanwhile you had found the right way to use the smart lock. During your staying the lock worked well I didn’t get any message from you about the lock afterwards. I trust you had a nice staying in our house . We never introduced to our guests there was a gym. We would love to get your fair review and always welcome to get the great advice from our guests.

Hi Kim, Very sad to read your review. It’s the only 2 stars review we have got in the last 3 years since we opened the house as the short term rental accommodation. Any reviews are the treasure which can help us to improve our service to be better as all the other guests appreciated and encouraged us. We had fixed the exhaust fun and door hinge on the day of your checkout, all the issues were reported by you as the first time. Also I hope the refund I did immediately when you were still staying in the house would show our honest and apologies for the broken toster and the batteries. I trust we will do our best to give all the guests including your next staying a satisfied experience.

Neice is the best guest anyone could ever hope for. She booked our house for their wedding a few months ago, now they brought the happiness and the joyful to the house. They made the beautiful decoration in the backyard, but didn’t left any nails, tapes even no any prints on the deck. Neice and her husband JC are very polite and respectful, kindly support our cleaners in case they would have any extra work, actually our cleaners were very appreciated they left the house very clean and well organized. Neice shared their beautiful wedding photos to me and left the beautiful message, flowers and gifts as well. I very appreciate to have such a great opportunity to supply our house for her wedding. I wish could help Neice more but due to the Covid there was limited numbers of the attendance. We are so honored to be able to have Neice to celebrate her beautiful wedding here very successfully.
