"The smell of musty is overwhelming. Mice poop in the cupboards and cobwebs throughout. Fan running when we arrived as well as charcoal bags throughout rental to try and hide smell. Would not stay there for half the price! Vacasa refunded the cleaning fee, but we did not allow them back in to clean as it would have taken hours and the musty smell would still be there. We asked to be relocated and no response on that request. They eventually refunded 10% of our fee as well as our cleaning fee....

"Loved the view from the three season porch over Betsy Lake. Location is so convenient, we really appreciated that. Didn't supply washcloths or dish cloths, but plenty of towels. Floor could have been cleaner, a little sticky in spots. Overall, we loved it and look forward to staying again next year for our annual autumn color tour."

"Close to downtown. Within one hour drive of so many things. Hosts were great. check in process gave us great directions to find what might have been hard to otherwise. Only draw back was the lack of electrical outlets to charge devices in the bedroom. We had a great trip and just love the Frankfort/M-22 area of Michigan."

The location to shops, restaurants, and the beach was awesome! 2 parking spaces-the 3rd we parked at the nearby municipal parking lot. I’ve already reserved for next year!"
