  • Your own private oasis with a Kiwiana twist awaits right in the heart of Pohara – just two minutes walk from the beach. Welcome to Poharadise! This sun-drenched, four-bedroom classic 1960’s Kiwi bach offers everything you need to keep the whole family happy. You can even bring your pets along. Enjoy summer evenings firing up the BBQ on one of the two spacious decks, whilst the kids play on the flat sheltered, fully fenced lawn. Post dinner, challenge your group in a game of table tennis or darts in the garage. Stay entertained and connected with the books, board games, WiFi, TV (with Freeview and Chromecast) or take the available kayaks and paddle-board down to Pohara Beach for a paddle! On a winter escape, the wood burner will keep you toasty and warm. With plenty of parking – even for the boat – Pohara is the perfect base to explore Golden Bay. Ligar Bay, Tata Beach and Takaka are all within 10 minutes drive and the start of the Abel Tasman is nearby. Come and enjoy our slice of Poharadise!
