"We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. "Worst place to stay! After a 30 day trip in all of NZ this was the worst. The food was terrible, the customer service unacceptable. I would do a day hike in the park and have the water taxi take you back to Kaiteriteri "
