"Had to book last minute and staff were extremely accommodating, let me practice speaking Italian with them with patience (hard to find in Roma haha)! and held my bags with care. Keep in mind it’s a bit far from the city center but aside from that I had a lovely stay! I would recommend it. "

"Once we are checked into the apartment, everything was good. Clean and food was good. It took us a while to figure out how to check-in. People in the neighbor ended up helping out to reach out to the owner as there is no one in the building that can help us check-in when we arrived in the afternoon. I ended up setting up Whatsapp on my mobile phone to contact the owner. The neighbors are friendly and location is good."

"What a wonderful experience we had at this gorgeous boutique hotel. Firstly, the manager Alina did all she could to make our stay memorable, she made sure our every need was met. The room was sumptuous with a terrace overlooking the ruins and the location is excellent in the old historic area close to Villa D'este. I walk with a cane and there are stairs to the room but I managed fine taking it slowly. The open parking area was a few minutes walk from the hotel but apparently the space is monitored. Truly one of the best places I have stayed. "

"Comfortable, clean and centrally located. Very comfortable bed. A tiny but well-equipped kitchen for longer stays. A rooftop terrace with an excellent view of the town and surrounding area was a bonus. Pack lightly. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator. Giovanni was proactive in reaching out and ensuring we had everything we needed. He met us at check-in, helped us with our luggage, provided us with the necessary parking permit, then drove with us to the parking area. He recommended a nearby restaurant/pub which was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment."
