The hotel has staff with very responsive and good service, reception was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and good value. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and selection. The availability of cold water on each floor was very welcome during the heatwave. The outside tables were great for relaxing and having drinks. The location is great being adjacent to the mall, underground and tram service.

Excellent location close to the embassy buildings and within a short walk to all of the major attractions. The hotel offers a great breakfast, good food options in a relaxing space with excellent service. The concierge was also super helpful and arranged two private tours for us during our stay and an accommodated a change in our schedule. The hotel has AC, but our room was still fairly warm most our stay despite having it at the maximum settings.

Great assortment for breakfast. Included hot items, salads, cold cuts, fresh bread, desserts and a cappuccino machine.

Brand new quiet apartment centrally located very close to Metro.

When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.
