Booked this hotel expecting a relaxing night, but the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making it quite warm and uncomfortable. Wifi connection was also poor! When contacted the receptionist, I was told, “Sorry, I can’t do anything as there is no technician available and no vacant rooms.” This response was disappointing, and overall, the stay did not feel worth it.
