Breakfast to wake up to, early.

Nice hotel, it's a little bit out of the way and nothing around, however all Podgorica is the same. This is a transit hotel. But it's the best food we had on our stay, and the breakfast was stunningly good.

Fantastic hotel for a bargain price

Excellent hotel with a friendly staff, tasty and generous breakfast. Room and hotel facilities are newly refurbished, very modern. Room was clean. Food in restaurant is very good and for a bargain price.

Friendly and helpful owner, breakfast was a joke

Friendly and helpfull owner who was the only one who talked english. Breakfast was a joke and location was terrible. The fridge wasn't working and the wifi sucked. You need a car to get anywhere from the hotel and the room is only good for sleeping and keeping your things, and if thats the case.... it's quite affordable.

Really great hotel!

Phenomenal place to stay. I wasn't sure what to expect after staying in the more touristy old town section of Kotor just before coming to Podgorica, but Hotel Laguna was the perfect hotel. Very large and clean room, comfortable bed, endless hot water, great water pressure, nice television with enough cable I was able to watch several different World Cup qualifiers at the same time and located within a paltry 2-3 euro cab ride of pretty much anywhere I needed to go, most notably the center of town and the bus station. The biggest recommendation is the staff, which from the owner on down to the waiters was incredibly nice, friendly and hospitable. We ended up eating in the restaurant four times (twice was the free breakfast) and the food was way above average for hotel/restaurant food, super cheap to reasonable in price, and the service was incomparable. Very attentive without being obsequious, and at every meal, there was a 'compliments of the hotel' addition to the meal, in the form of dessert or an appetizer, etc. Could not have felt more welcome, I've not had better service at some 5 star luxury hotels, and it was as comfortable and convenient as you could need. Can't wait to come back!

Close to the Podgorica Airport

Not only is the hotel beautiful and very clean, the staff is really what makes your stay at Laguna over the top because they are so friendly and very helpful . I would recommend Hotel Laguna for anyone who is flying into Podgorica and needs a place to stay before they continue their trip onward. When I come to Podgorica again, I know I will definitely be staying at Hotel Laguna. I must also add that the star rating should be 5 instead of 3.

Good hotel near the Podgorica airport

My wife and I stayed here on the last night of our trip because we had a very early flight home the following morning. The hotel is a less-than 15 minute drive from the airport. It is not an ultra-modern hotel, but the room was large and clean and it had more of an old-world charm that I liked. The staff was very friendly and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. Since we had to depart before breakfast would be served in the morning, they prepared sandwiches, fruit, and water for us to take with us. Overall, I thought it was a very good hotel option for the price.

Mooi hotel en goed restaurant. Even een hoge trap op met de koffers maar dat is mijn enige kritiek. Zeer fijne en persoonlijke ontvangst, nette kamers en een goed restaurant. Slechts één nachtje geweest maar wat mij betreft een aanrader.
