" Wunderschöne zwei Wochen in der Villa VedranWir haben zwei wunderschöne und unvergessliche Wochen in der Villa Vedran in Podgora verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.Die Villa ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft extrem sauber, gepflegt und aufgeräumt – wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen und es ihnen an nichts fehlt.Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns natürlich der schöne Pool, der für eine willkommene Abkühlung an den warmen kroatischen Tagen gesorgt hat.Unser absolutes Lieblingsplätzchen war jedoch der Balkon: Der Blick auf das beeindruckende Biokova-Gebirge und die glitzernde Adria ist einfach traumhaft. Jeden Abend konnten wir dort wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen – ein Anblick, an dem man sich wirklich nicht sattsehen kann.Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Vlado und Danijela für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die rundum tolle Betreuung. Die vielen persönlichen Ausflugstipps haben unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht und uns zu Orten geführt, die wir sonst vielleicht nicht entdeckt hätten. Man hat jederzeit gespürt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Vedran sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub in Podgora.Danke"

"Stanislav nous a très bien accueillis dans son appartement spacieux et confortable. La clim était vraiment appréciable. La vue sur la baie de Podgora est magnifique ! Le logement est très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Un grand merci à Stanislav pour son accueil, ses conseils et les petites attentions qui nous ont fait très plaisir. "

"Villa Lavanda was beautiful and a perfect size for 8 adults. It is well equipped throughout, with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom & balcony. The views from the balconies are amazing! The pool area is comfortable with casual seating for 8 and a large table for dining. It is the perfect space to relax all together, with vines overhead to keep the area cool - gorgeous! It is in a quiet area up quite a steep hill, so a car/s are recommended. Manuela (our host) was kind & informative, and always available whenever we needed help or advice. We really loved our week at Villa Lavanda & would definitely recommend it"

"Absolut schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos, bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und behoben. Der Pool, die Aussicht einfach der Hammer. Die ganze Aufmachung einfach besonders."

"Mala Duba is a hidden gem of Makarska riviera, tiny village 20 mins from Makarska, ideal if you want peace and quiet. The property itself is a typical Croatian apartment house; fit to description. The room was cozy (read tiny at 19 m^2) but well sufficient for two adults. Kitchennette suited more for reheating than any sort of cooking but that’s to be expected. The apartment was lovely in pictures, but quite worn out despite seemingly recent renovation (cracked shower glass, damaged bathroom cupboards from water, faux leather peeling off on the bed…) and the owners “invested” into IKEA equipment, which I have nothing against, but the spring mattress was a really bad choice. Other than that, no real complaints on the equipment; all fit the description and worked well for us. We stayed for 8 days and what surprised us is we asked for fresh bed sheets and towels half way through and we were told it’s an extra charge. No complaint there, we agreed to the charge, yet it was surprising given the length of the stay. One thing that really bothered us though - the house has a ground floor restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating; indoor is non-smoking, outdoors they have 3 tables (small terrace) right in front of the property underneath the balcony of our room and smoking was allowed there, with all smoke going straight to our room (A4). It defeats the purpose of having a non-smoking room entirely, which is a pity, especially when the second larger terrace also allows smoking."

"Boris and Anni were lovely hosts. They live in the lower level of the VRBO but you rarely notice that they are there. They checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and were very pleasant. The location is also great with it being only a short drive to Makarska and Split (definitely not walking distance to the sea though). I would highly recommend staying in this VRBO!"
