"This hotel is basically brand new as of April 2026. The room was clean and fresh with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Piacenza Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended."

"All good. But the quilts are ridiculously small. I don’t quite understand why I had a quilt that was the size of a bath towel. This very much spoilt my stay somewhat!"

"The staff were all 15/10. I spent 8 nights there with a collegue for work. Each shift was attentive, kind, and professional. They all are doing wonderful jobs. No complaints on the rooms or the bathrooms. Great overall experience and value. "

"- clean room - very comfortable parking - personnel very professional and friendly - good variety at breakfast - only suggestion would be to be allowed to slightly open the window to change air. I am sure you have a good air conditioning system but still it’s something that could be considered"

"One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors. "

"This is a terrific hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent and it had a fridge/mini bar too. There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had dinner here and the set menu was excellent value and very tasty. We will certainly return and many thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable stay."
