What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. We have nothing against the young children, but it was nice to rest in the soothing waters without kids running around. The meals were quite good. The surrounding farmland is beautiful and it's crowned with a 13th century castle at the top of the hill.

È la terza volta che opto per questa struttura, ormai è una garanzia. Camere comode, spaziose, pulite, silenziose ed immerse nel verde che circonda l'albergo. Sicuramente un ottimo posto in cui trascorrere alcuni giorni in completo relax.

Vi fikk svært beskjedne informasjoner ved innsjekking, så vi brukte mye tid på å finne alt på egen hånd. Da hadde vi allerede kort tid igjen før vi måtte forlate hotellet, ettersom vi bare bodde der i tre netter. Vi måtte bære bagasjen opp trapper til heisen fra resepsjonen. Bassengene ligger langt unna hotellet gjennom en labyrint av ganger. For par med små barn er dette veldig komplisert, da barna ikke kan gå alene selv om de kanskje er 10-12 år gamle Det eneste som var veldig bra, var maten.

Decisamente tre stelle...non quattro soprattutto per la ristorazione, pulizia e accoglienza. Il prezzo non vale assolutamente. Accappatoi da riacquistare così come spugne per hotel e terme. Assurdo poi che mentre stai ancora riposando il mattino l'addetto alla pulizia camera entri direttamente!!!! Rispetto alla nostra prima visita del 2011 sono notevolmente peggiorati...scarsa attenzione anche al cliente nell'accoglienza...tutto da rivedere se vogliono mantenere 4 stelle!

The information on Hotels.com was misleading. It should be mentioned that if you book that option you only get the access to the Termalia pool and not Orhidelia. It is strange because Orhidelia is part of Sotelia hotel and Termalia is not. The same goes for parking. Yes, you get free parking but not in the Sotelia garage but in the neighbouring parking space.

Schönes Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Waren sehr zufrieden. Der dazugehörige Wellnessbereich Thermalia ist im Preis inbegriffen, ist halt der ältere Bereich aber mit einer grossen Auswahl an Saunen. Der Wellnessbereich Orchidelia (neuer Bereich) ist gleich anschliessend von Thermalia. Kostet €18.- pro Tag. Ist aber sehr empfehlenswert.
