"So, some people say “ you get what you pay for “ and you do. This facility, while being extremely affordable for 2 nights , was much cleaner than some places we’ve paid more for. Now, the downside is that breakfast is *not* included as stated on website just a coffee station in office… would have been nice to have a coffee maker in room, but there are so many nearby options. The owners are **extremely** kind and wanted to please us during our short stay. Don’t pass this place up if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head."

"When we arrived in the rain, the door code didn’t work. There’s no cell service so you have to leave the property to contact the agent. The downstairs shower didn’t work at all. The water pressure is so low that if you flush a toilet, nothing will come out of the sink upstairs. The amenities promised, coffee, paper towels, etc. were almost out. We had to buy our own coffee, paper towels, and sugar. The trash cans were full when we got there so we had to keep our trash inside for the entire stay. The raccoons or bears got to the trash that was there twice so we had to clean up other people’s trash both times. We had alerted the agent that the trash was full on our second day and he promised someone would pick it up soon. Never happened. There was also an issue of someone trying to deliver 14 tons of river rock which was bizarre. They would have blocked the entire driveway. The agent was very responsive (other than the trash problem) but we probably wouldn’t stay there again. Other than that, the house was relatively clean and the location is amazing! Nice neighbors. It’s a shame that we had so many issues because the location is beautiful and you can sit or lounge in the stream. "
