As you step into this stylishly furnished retreat, you will immediately notice the stunning view of Lake Naomi and the trees and woods that surround it, through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There isn't another house on the other side of the lake so all you see is nature.



Cook together in the brand-new kitchen with new appliances. Condiments, coffee, Keurig pods, tea, EVOO, paper towels, napkins and spices provided. Just bring perishable food. Top-of-the-line appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, sleek oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee systems, and a coffee grinder filled with Lavazza beans, sharp knives, a Vitamix blender, toaster, Cuisinart food processor, a microwave, and a top-of-the-line Weber grill. Whether you're a gourmet chef and appreciate premium All-Clad cookware or a novice cook, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks.



The main living area beckons with plush sofas and an armchair, perfect for sinking into after a day of exploration and activities. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and unwind in front of the large smart TV, offering endless entertainment options for cozy nights in.



The 4-season sunroom with windows on 3 sides is a second gathering area for TV watching, conversation, games, or remote work. A sliding glass door separates it from the main living area, providing sound privacy with a view of trees, the backyard, and the lake.

When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of 5 cozy bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary and a mobile phone charging station. On the first floor you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a room with two twin (bunk) beds, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. On the second floor is another queen bedroom.

All renters MUST abide by the Lake Naomi HOA code of conduct. Inquire if you are interested in a Temporary membership to Lake Naomi Club (pools, clubhouse, tennis, pickleball, golf, kids club). A limited number are available for Saturday to Saturday stays.



Rental requirements:

We welcome adults 25 years or older (or traveling with their families) and require a signed rental agreement, including a copy of your government-issued ID, to fully confirm your booking. Township Registration #- 015712. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
