"The room was not clean when we got there! There was tissues on the floor by the toilet. The wall when you first walk into the bathroom was dirty! There was stains on my pillows and lots of dust! Our coffee pot cord was cut for some reason but they were very good about replacing it for us in a timely manor! The staff at the front dest when we first got there was very rude when we needed help. "

"Went for a romantic getaway the property was very outdated. There were spiders all in the bathroom and in the bathroom sink the carpet needs to be changed. It was a smoke smell in the room. I would not visit this property again. This probably really needs a makeover other than that if you’re into the wilderness and poor quality get away this would be the perfect place."

" We recently stayed at this lovely little hotel in town while on a family snow tubing trip. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly from the start, and it really showed when I realized I’d lost one of my AirPods Pro 2. I called the front desk, and the receptionist immediately checked our room and found it wedged between the wall and the carpet. To our surprise, they not only found it but also mailed it back to us free of charge. This kind of above‑and‑beyond service is rare and truly deserves recognition. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. "
