Well-loved family home in Arrowhead Lake Community. Spacious "saltbox" style chalet that sleeps 10 comfortably in beds with a large 3 season room, a front deck, and a back deck to enjoy your stay. Large corner property surrounded by trees. Enjoy your day on the beach or walk 2 blocks down to (heated) Choctaw pool. Come back and make a family dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or on the gas grill. Sit around the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, and Sling on the large living room TV.

**Cornhole, sand toys, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 4 bikes (2adult,2child) provided for guest use.**
There is a container of toys for the kids to play with. It is located in the laundry room.

Things Guests Should Know: (please read fully)

*Like most homes in the Poconos, we do not have A/C in our home (but we do have a fabulous stone fireplace!)

*Washer and Dryer* available for guest use.

*Items Supplied: Propane for the gas grill, fully equipped cooking kitchen, cleaning supplies, pillows, and comforters.

*SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. In order to keep the cleaning fees down for guests, linens will not be provided. Please refer to the list of beds to bring along the appropriate bedding. Items can also be rented through Pocono Linens online.

* Amenities include community pools, a pool room with 3 pool tables, basketball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, children's playgrounds, and a party room available for rent for special occasions!

* Furry friends are welcome for an additional fee. Small/Medium dogs. $50 per weekend/per dog (2 max) $100 per week per dog

- NOTE: Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
For the first 3 weeks of June, the pools will only be open on weekends.
Owner is not responsible if a beach, pool, other amenity is closed due to inclement weather or due to maintenance issues.

Arrowhead Lake Fees (Effective January 1, 2024)

Temporary Membership Fee
The temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over.
In Season: May 15-Sept 15 Temporary Membership Fee: $8.50 per person per day.
Off-Season: $2 per person per day
Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Registration Service Fee: $35

* Registration MUST be completed within 3 days of arrival or entry will not be permitted by the Community.

-Upon arrival, you will stop at the rental office at Liberty Plaza (906 Route 940 Suite 101 Pocono Lake PA 18347) to pick up your gate cards and wristbands.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

For security purposes, we do have outdoor cameras that face away from the house. This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when the house is not in use.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming house. There are lots of nearby activities for groups, and the house was especially cozy to come back to at the end of each day. The owner was also extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. I would love to stay here again next time I come to the Poconos.

This home was amazing - a great combination of indoor comfort and also outdoor space that is really well set up to sit on the deck and grill, build a fire under a set of bulb lights that lights up the whole back. The community was really nice - quiet forest environment plus able to use the pools etc that are part of the neighborhood.

The house is very clean and conveniently located. 5 mins drive to lake beaches and 5 mins walk to a pool. The owner is very caring and quickly responds. Highly recommend for family vacations or a recharge from a busy city life.

My family and I were very pleasantly surprised by this property. It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for all 6 of us. The owner stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Our kids had a blast at the community pools and beaches, everything was a short drive away. The nights by the fire were very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed, it was a wonderful place to reconnect with our kids and just unwind. I would definitely recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

We love the mountains and Arrowhead! As our families grow we were looking for a bigger place. Catherine’s place was great. Plenty of beds and rooms for our growing families. From the shelves of games, beach accessories, bikes, two fire pits, and awesome enclosed porch…this is the perfect place for families of all ages to rent. Catherine is attentive and thoughtful for her guests. Big and little kids alike had a great time!

House was nice, but house was a little smaller than expected. We enjoyed our time, I would just like to mention in upstairs bedroom with full bed and twin bed there is a soft spot in floor opening that makes a lot of noise in downstairs bedroom. Catherine was wonderful and very accommodating, would love to visit house again.

Me and my buddies wanted a place in the Poconos to hangout and relax, and this place did not disappoint! There are hiking trails nearby, a great lodge with pool tables and a gym, a bunch of pools and beaches, too. The house itself was great—excellent bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and accommodating for our 5 person stay. The three season porch out back and back deck were great for hanging out around the grill. We had an absolutely blast and Catherine was excellent with timely updates and communications throughout the whole process. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The home and property owner were great. Some of the staff at Arrowhead community were rude. We have stayed in other gated communities and they are run so much smoother than this one. Having to wear wristbands to go to the beach or pool is ridiculous to me.

House decor was super cute. The king size bed so comfortable. The large screened in porch was a major factor for fun. It is very private and peaceful. My daughter made use of the bikes and I even won the foosball tournament. We booked earlier than usual and the pools were weekend only but appreciated that Catherine made us aware and we were able to plan accordingly. Thank you Cathy!

We so enjoyed our stay at Catherine's place! We had a few questions which she answered very quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace with the wood and firestarters supplied. Nice hanging lights on the deck and the side of the house. Lots of sleeping space. There was an additional fee per person because of the gated community, but that was listed in the write-up. Too cold to take advantage of the bikes, the outside firepit, the pools, and the lake, but so glad we stayed here. Very nice place!
