Kitchen and Dining:

The updated kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, ample prep space, and a dedicated coffee bar. Whether you’re cooking for the group or grabbing a quick bite before heading to the lake, everything you need is ready. Enjoy meals indoors at the dining table (seating for 8) or outside on the deck!

Living Spaces:

The main living room features a large sectional and electric fireplace for cozy evenings and movie nights. Upstairs, the loft offers a second entertainment area complete with a large TV, Xbox One, and Legends Ultimate arcade, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Outside:

Step outside to your private hot tub, spacious deck with seating for 8 (plus outdoor TV), and a custom fire pit area with room for the whole group. Whether it’s morning coffee on the porch or late-night fires under the stars, the outdoor space is designed for gathering.

Community:

As part of Locust Lakes Village, guests enjoy access to three lakes, beaches, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, and seasonal community amenities. The home is within walking distance to one of the lakes.

Guests will have access to the entire home and spacious backyard! Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours before check in.

A short guest registration form is required after booking.

Please note that burn bans may be implemented by the community or local authorities at any time. While the fire pit is a highlight of the home, guests must ensure they are complying with all current burn ban regulations before use.

Pets:

We allow one dog up to 60 pounds, and that is included with our standard pet fee. Anything beyond this can be discussed on a case by case basis

•NO FIREWORKS! A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present or observed.

•You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

•In adherence to the city`s noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

•No Pets

• Please be mindful of the speed limits in the community. Arrowhead Lake strictly enforces the speed limit and all fines are the responsibility of the guest

Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from use of the fire pit during an active burn ban.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling to the Pocono Mountains. Weather conditions, including snow and winter storms, can be unpredictable and may impact travel plans.
