The space:

Guest access:
Guest has access to the entire house except for two closets that's used for our cleaners.

Other things to note:
Due to the HOAs rules, we cannot accept any last-minute bookings that are within 4 days of check-in. If you are planning to book it and its last minute do so at least 4 days in advanced. The community requires us to register all guests at least 4 days before check in. You will receive a form once you book that needs to be filled out.

We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
