O pessoal do hotel é extremamente gentil, mas as condições do quarto estão bem complicadas. No teto do banheiro havia duas manchas enormes de bolor, uma bem acima do chuveiro e outra na luz da pia. Isso não é aceitável para um hotel nesse valor. Vocês deveriam fechar quarto até arrumar a infiltração. ...

Oi bom dia a cama do casal ruim e chuveiro não funcionava ou quente pelando ou fria tive que tomar com água fria, café da manhã ruim frutas passadas de dias não tinha muito opção então nao tive uma estadia boa. Acordei com muitas dores no corpo.
