HOT TUB!! Come relax and create memories in our unique and family friendly Sunsets themed House! Table Tennis, BBQ Grill, full kitchen with pots, pans, griddle, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker.
Theme rooms include Mountain Sunset Room (King Bed with Big screen TV), Sunset Seas Room (Queen Bed with Big screenTV), Winter Sunsets Room (Queen bed). Newly remodeled with new everything! New beds, new appliances, new furniture, new big screen TVs, new flooring and new bathtub/shower.
Close to ISU Holt Arena and main street shopping and eating areas. Covered parking and large fully fenced backyard with covered back patio.
Washer and Dryer, garage storage space and fully fenced back yard (shared with basement tenants).
Other things to note
Living room fireplace is for decoration only. it is non functional. There is an outdoor firepit available for use at own risk. Wood is provided :)

I think this was our 3rd time staying there. The house is very comfortable. Perfect for our needs. I love that it also has a hot tub and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms.

The house was super clean and we had fun playing ping pong and the available board games. It was in a really good location close to everything and it only took us a couple minutes to pick up our son from college. Hoping to stay there again on our next trip.

Cozy home in great location

This is a cute older home. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. We still haven’t used the bbq but we did get to enjoy the hot tub this time and it was great. We didn’t do any cooking other than using microwave and coffee maker. Love that there’s tv in bdrms. Host was very nice and communication was great. We will probably be back again in the future.

The place was clean and roomy, and checkin was a breeze. Lots of room for a group. The backyard is covered in snow in the ad, so you cant tell that its all dirt and dead weeds. There was a big kitchen, which was very helpful, since we had to put together a Celebration of Life lunch. The beds are comfortable, and its not far to stores, etc. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Sunset House

We were in Pocatello for an Idaho State Track Invitational Meet. This house was in the perfect location! It seemed to be close to both restaurants and stores, and very close to campus. It seemed like a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners even loaned us a lawn chair! Great house - not fancy - but clean and homey! Would definitely stay again!

Sunset house

Nice enough place to stay. Only complaint is that theres no actual grass on the property. The front yard has soft artifical turf which is fine. However, the backyard has nasty rough turf poorly laid and its awful to walk on barefoot. Hot tub was awesome but thr rest of the backyard wasnt so much. Quiet time at 10pm rule is bs. Wasnt informed thst there were tenants living doenstairs.
