Room was clean and staff was exceptional. Warm chocolate chip cookies and good breakfast. The construction was not a problem, as every effort was taken to make sure guests were not impacted. Located in a very nice complex of hotels on the hill. Felt very safe.

We enjoyed our night in Pocatello at the Holiday Inn and Suites. Breakfast was wonderful and with a view! We loved the 24 hr pool and hot tub! Construction didn’t affect us at all.

It was a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfortable, the room was updated and clean! The breakfast was great! We came in tiwn for a funeral sadly but I told me husband we should come back to this hotel on a vacation it was so nice!

I always enjoy the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express! This one was great as usual! This location is currently under construction/remodel, but they had it marked off really well, we didn’t hear any construction and our stay wasn’t effected at all.

We often choose Holiday Inns for their cleanliness and affordability, and this location exceeded our expectations—it was truly the Cadillac of their properties. Situated on a hill overlooking Pocatello, the hotel offered beautiful scenery, ample parking, and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated our family of six. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were both helpful and friendly.

I’m surprised by the high star rating this location has. Our room had a finicky and noisy toilet (kept running. Then would empty and we had to lift lid to help it refill). They do not have a coffee machine that lets you heat your own water in the room (only meh standard hot water available downstairs. I travel with RO water). Views from dining area were gorgeous but the padded chairs have ominous stains. So I chose to stand.)

The 24 hour pool was nice as we got to the hotel late and the kids had energy to burn.
