It's an older place but for the value it was exceptional. I loved the location...500 yards from eruption brewing and 1000 yards from the hot springs entrance so park it and forget it. I will definitely stay again if I'm in lava

All the hotels in Lava Hot Springs are old and little beat up and Adventures Vacation rentals is not exempt from that statement however the staff at Adventures Vacation Rentals was excellent and the location just off of Main street make this property a good value.

Love that it’s on Main Street within walking distance of the hot pools and shopping and eating! Could use updates but this is our second time staying here and we knew what to expect and the place is clean and comfortable and fits our family!

Very friendly and helpful service, excellent location within walking distance to anywhere on the main stretch; kitchen was stocked with basic essentials; carpet was very gross but definitely fair lodging for the price.

The location was great. The staff was nice.Clean sheets. The room was dirty: walls were stained covered in cob webs, filthy carpets, mouse infested cabinet in the kitchen, mouse poop in the bathroom, and it smelled bad.

Everything You Need to be Comfortable

Checking in was amazing and easy. I asked for early check-in and they made it happen. The overall structure of the place is dated and hasn’t been well maintained, but everything else was great. The beds are incredibly comfy, there was easy accessibility to several hot pots and restaurants, able to use Roku with ease, and the towels were super fresh! Would stay here again.

Loved this property. Cute, rustic and cozy. Perfect for a few nights stay. Check in was easy and so was check out. Property manager is really nice, super helpful and made the weekend special. Will be returning!

This is an older place, but it was very comfortable! It was pretty clean and they are super friendly, Marley checked us in, walked us to the room, chatted about local planes to eat. Highly recommend.

We found the property nice and cozy. It came with a nice stove/oven, small microwave and fridge. It had a small gas stove which heated the room quit comfortably. The pricing was great and well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was conveniently located in the middle of the town. It wasn't as clean as you would expect from a place to stay. There was pieces of cat food on the ground, holes covered by carpet. It was strange to not have any doors in the whole apartment, besides one room. Very hot because there are only two window a/c units for a fairly large space.

Awesome layout and so much room for our family! Would definately stay here again especially if we stayed long term. Needs a little fit and finish. Was a tad noisy in the morning below us, but none of the negatives would prevent us from coming back. My kids loved it! Thank you!

I would stay here again!

We really liked staying here, very convenient location walking distance to everything. Marley was very nice and walked us to our room. We checked in at the mountain mayhem store. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Its an older charming property. The only negative thing i could say was that the heater unfortunately did not seem to work, but luckily the bed had plenty of blankets and was comfy.

Great stay in Lava hot springs, I liked it but beware if your not used old idaho style you shoud stay in a big city instead. The perfume smell took a little getting used to otherwise no complaints!

We stayed at the property for one night as we were heading south from Yellowstone. The town is wonderful. There are hot spring pools in the area and tons of water activities. There were many dining options and we felt very safe. The apartment was fully equipped and provided us with restful sleep. However, the stove was not functioning. This was disheartening as I have two small children who eat at all hours of the day. Other than this hiccup, we recommend this place!
