Everything was fine except for a very bad smell that came out from the toilet. It was really awful. I don’t think that it has anything to do with the staff that clean the bathroom; it must be a sewer problem.
By the way, it seems like other people had the same complaint about it because I read in one of the Exe Saldanha’s reviews.

Can’t say enough amazing things about the hotel, location and staff! Very easy walk to different metro stations and restaurants and shops. Welcomed by a friendly and helpful

From the minute we got there the staff were super friendly, helpful and quick.
The room was excellent, incredible sleep, shower was one of best we’ve had (water pressure was strong), rooftop was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding! Staff were amazing everywhere we went!
