"One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, the staff was very attentive, and recognized me and my family every time we came back from our daily adventures. Close to many of the wonderful sites; within walking distance. Breakfast was readily available every day and the food/variety was excellent. "Check in is a bit of a chore, but it works out if you are instructed how to do it beforehand. Never been to a hotel where you call in to check in until this one. Great location, good breakfast, and good rooms. "

"I called repeatedly, like 10 times, from Munich...to let them know I would be doing a late check-in, got thru once, but lady was no help. Finally arrived, after delays at 2:00am and no one to answer door. No place to stay. So had to pay for premium room at Marriot so I could sleep."
