Room was spotless, bed was so comfy and the shower was amazimg, even tje food was fantastic the only down fall i had but nothing serious was the heating not working in the room, i had put the thermostat on 28 but no heat was coming out and i was quite cold. Copthorne Hotel Plymouth
The room was clean but the heating wasn’t on at night. There was also the sound of a motor running. A member of staff supplied ear plugs when requested. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel should warn people that there is a problem with parking to book in.
