Beautiful, completely renovated home overlooking Meredith Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee! Walking distance to downtown Meredith attractions, with restaurants, bars, movie theater, town docks, tennis courts, and grocery store all within .5 miles. Our beautiful 3 story home is the perfect place to spend your summer lakeside vacation, or family ski trip. The first floor of the home is also rented out as a short term rental, and has a completely separate entrance. Ask be about booking the whole house! This vacation rental is for the apartment upstairs, which is comprised of the 2nd and 3rd floors, which offer the best views of the lake! 2 separate entrances for the apartment allow for easy access and complete privacy. On the 2nd floor, enjoy a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, dining area, living room, and a full bathroom with the convenience of a washer and dryer. On the 3rd floor, you will find two bedrooms with skylights for optimal lake view, and a half bath. The luxury of this downtown Meredith home is that it has everything you would need within walking distance, and for the views you need not leave the house! Relax on the front porch, or have a BBQ on the front lawn. Across the bay, visit a marina and rent a jet ski or boat. Or, visit a luxury spa for the day. Come see all the picturesque town of Meredith has to offer!

This property was perfect for our weekend stay in the area. Located centrally in Meredith we had easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and relaxing.

Perfectly lovely, classy place

We needed a place to stay with our family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college. Even though the listing was accurate, we were still surprised by how lovely it was when we walked in: updated, nicely furnished, clean, calm, comfortable, well-situated. And, when we had a question, Alex was very accessible and helpful. What a delightful place and stay! We are so grateful.

Overnight stay for a wedding at Whiteface Hollow

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Super clean, comfortable firm beds and well stocked. We were also given an early checkin which was extremely helpful. Views of the Lake and conveniently located. Wish we had been able to stay longer, highly recommend! The guests were, me, my husband, my daughter and her husband and we had more than enough space for our brief visit. So much better than a hotel room! Thank you to Stephanie for providing a top notch VRBO.

Summer break in Meredith

Great location if you want to be in town. Able to walk to restaurants and downtown. Perfect size for our family of four. Washer/dryer was a nice convenience. We didn’t cook in but the kitchen was clean and well appointed. Watch out for the New England style stairs inside. Always steep and narrow in those old houses. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

It was in a perfect area for our visit to this area for a wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped but also lots of restaurants extremely close. Living room was like being at home. Lovely home for our visit.

Absolutely perfect! Spotless, plenty of space for our family. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants. Host replaced gas grill within an hour of us letting them know it was not working properly. Second time staying here and definitely will be back!
