"Stuff was not friendly, grumpy and moody. They still don't provide cleaning service by default, you have to make arrangements. Queen bed room had very small bed, felt like twin or full. Bedding is not that great, our backs were hurting. Not impressed with this hotel at all "

"This hotel is a gem! The ambiance fits Killington to a “T” - Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Shuttle service to the slopes (5 mins) The restaurant/distillery is awesome, and breakfast with a view of the mountains! "

"Tracy and the other hostesses I’d give 10s to. Very nice and accommodating. Problem is the rooms and allowing dogs. Had I known this place was a hotel/kennel never would have stayed there. I have never stayed in a room in a hotel where I wanted to throw up because of the dog s$$t smell that penetrated the carpets and urine in one of the rooms we stayed in. I absolutely LOVE dogs but a hotel is for people not animals (even though many people act like them). Oh and every freakin sink clogged up in the three different rooms we stayed in. Horrible. And the toilets never flushed easily. People who worked there are great but the rooms themselves—naah never again sorry. Hilton needs to be better and I expected better from such a reputable name."
