"The property is nice, clean and up to date with modern furniture and amenities. The big problem we had was at check in time the key code did not work as was instructed. People were standing in the parking lot waiting for me to arrive and sort things out. We tried multiple times by multiple people, and it just did not work. We finally contacted the owner, and she got back to us quickly and she got us inside, but it was not with the original key code. After that mishap the screen door locked automatically and was stuck closed during our entire stay, we had to enter and exit the house from the back deck sliding door.Other than the ingress egress problems, the property was fine."

"A very quiet and tranquil place that we’ve been to many times. Even though we’re in the middle unit of three units, it is very very quiet and comfortable. However, last year this property was a 10 in cleanliness…this year I give it a 6. The outside of the unit, the patio and front entrance, has not been blown off in many days so you’re dragging sap and other pine tree droppings into the house, not to mention the look of it. Floors could use a good cleaning also. BBQ needs to be replaced. The whole house looked like a real quick clean job this time. Also, the tv in the living room is so small it’s very hard to see and the sound doesn’t work properly!"

"Had an amazing stay! House was clean and comfortable and had every convenience one would need. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking/eating utensils etc. and fridge was clean and large to accommodate plenty of food. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large and accommodating. Enjoyed the location which was close to Graeagle and all the adventures. Especially enjoyed the 3 deer (2 does and 1 buck) who visited us daily. We would definitely come back again and would recommend it for anyone to stay."

"Jeff & Rachels home is just as described Modern, Cozy and perfect for our family vacation. There recommendations for activities and place to eat was spot on! We enjoyed our dinner and the Grizzly Grill and we always stop at Frostees when visiting Plumas. We highly recommend you stay there and we will be repeat customers!!"
