"Staff was super friendly, room was great, they fulfilled all my our (anniversary) requests with professionalism and without hesitation. Only downside was the TV in the living room and we couldnt watch it at bedtime. Other than that it was great! Thats why we keep coming back!"

"We spent Christmas here and it was so special waking up to the sight of a beautiful sunrise over the water and snow on the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets to cook a holiday meal. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. Easy drive to the center of Newburyport with lots of great restaurants and shops but also several local stores and restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot across the street was an added bonus as we had three cars. "

"Some response was delayed. Lots of sand in the pathway which hadn’t been cleaned out. Parking was definitely a challenge for two full sized SUVs . No way were we comfortable parking in what was noted as two parking spaces."

"This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. "

"The host was wonderful. It was for my son's wedding so he worked hard to get us in early to get ready. The place was great. We all enjoyed our stay. Their dog was able to stay during the ceremony and get picked up for photos which was so nice."

"The house was great! Very clean and a nice bed to lay our heads. There were many accommodations, we unfortunately didnt have time to use since we were on a tight schedule but we would definitely stay here again! The best part was being right on the water! Also so close to town and great shops."
