"Initial experience was a huge setback. I made non refundable reservations for 3 nights in a Double bed room, 7 days prior to arrival. On the night before arrival I casually phoned the hotel to check if all arrangements were in order. To my shock, the hotel showed complete ignorance of booking done via expedia.com. "This is a traditional style large grand hotel in the centre of town. While it is less "grand" than it presumably once was, it still delivers good levels of comfort, room size, and service. The location is conveniently very close to the old town, historic attractions, parks and restaurants. "
