"There is no doubt that staff at the hotel are excellent and super helpful. From checking to breakfast, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed in room 16 and unfortunately the corridor there smelt of damp as the bathroom. We left the windows open while we went out during the day to explore. Other than that, the decor in our room was beautiful and I would recommend stay at the hotel, and do check out the lovely roaring fire in the Bar area"
