What a place , excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. We had the apartment and it was ideal for 4 for a few nights stay. 2 miles from national park entrance 2. Supermarket walking distance and a pizzeria opposite with good food at reasonable prices.

Great location in the national park; walking distance to the park entrance. Clean and quiet suite with galley kitchen and compact shower in the bathroom. Restaurant right next door with simple food at a reasonable prices and nice local atmosphere (apparently doubles as a ski lodge in the winter). Wi-Fi would not connect supposedly due to “security concerns” with the router, though cellular service at the property was adequate for internet access and phone service. We did not try the breakfast offered at 12 euro per person as inexpensive food was readily available at the market in the little community next to the Villa Knezevic (5 minute walk) and the kitchen in the unit was more than adequate for food storage and preparation.

Très bien

Très bon séjour. La dame de l’accueil est très aimable. On a pu laisser notre voiture à l’hôtel le temps que l’on visitait le parc. La chambre était très propre et en bon état. Pour visiter le parc il y a un sentier de deux km qui y mène.

Tolles Appartement, Frühstück durchschnittlich

Tolles Appartement mit separatem, kleinem Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafzimmertüre lässt sich leider nicht schliessen (Raum zu klein). Frühstück wird im Keller serviert. Schade! Das Frühstück konnte uns nicht begeistern. Mitarbeitende sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Lovely independent hotel near the lakes

This was a really cute, clean hotel stay. The owner checked is in and was very helpful. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. It was very clean. The shower pressure is great. The owner has a restaurant nearby which you can have dinner in. We had a car so getting around was easy. There is a playground for children. We opted for the breakfast which was €8 a day - it was a pretty standard spread with breads cereals meats cheese cakes etc. This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from entrance 2, from there (if you start early) you can do the whole lakes in a day. If you follow route K you will see both the upper and lower lakes. We had two nights here and split the upper and lower lakes across the days but this wasn’t necessary and we could have done it in a day.

Bonne adresse proche du parc des lacs de Plitvice

Bonne communication avec notre hôte, très arrangeante. Parking pour la voiture avec accès au parc en 20 minutes à pieds (mais attention ça remonte pour rentrer du oarc, à prendre en compte quand on fait déjà le parcours K durant la journée). Chambre simple mais propre. Accueil très souriant.

Appartement très propre , grand mais bizarrement impossible d ouvrir la porte du balcon car le lit la bloquée, et dans la la chambre le contraire , impossible de fermer la porte le lit était trop grand.. Un bravo aux réceptionnistes très gentille et le petit dej à 8 euros valait le coup

Lovely hotel, about 20 minutes walk from Plitvice lakes entrance. Good parts: a really charming hotel and surrounding village, nice staff, free parking on site, small refrigerator in room. Less good: no air conditioning in room (but was a fan), missing wall sockets near bed, room a bit small (there might be bigger rooms, ours was a bit compact). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great people, comfortable room

Excellent location from which to access the 2nd entey to the park, and only a few meters away from the bus stop to Zadar/Zagreb. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Be aware there is no air con and very few choices of places to eat nearby unless you have a car. The people are very warm and welcoming. Great value.
