"The location is good, about 10 mins walk to the railway station. The reception lady was helpful, she helped get a fan as we said the room was hot. She also forwarded our comment quickly to the management. Unfortunately, the room had a critical problem that the shower head had some black dirt occasionally. "Our room was really nice, spacious, clean and looked out onto the court yard. The only bad thing was the shower tray was unstable in the middle, it was either broken or not been fitted correctly but it didn't effect our stay. It was in a fantastic position, close to the bus/tram services, shops and Christmas markets. Would definitely stay there again."

"We were all pleasantly surprised by this property. The location was perfect, right around the corner from the old town square and right next to shopping malls. Parking was very easy to access on the street but I think they also had a garage. The room was stunning. Super clean and stunning. Loved everything about our stay. I highly recommend. We couldn't have picked a better room and hotel for our visit."

"Aircondition didn't work, so the room was freezing. We couldn't turn on the light when entering the room, and had to turn on each light individually, and the reception said it was due to electricians working another place in the hotel. If you park in the hotel, you cannot leave when you want, you got to talk to reception to be able to get out.
