"Amazing position on the water in Bellagio. Great airconditioned room with huge waterfront views of lake Como and the scenic alps in the heart of town."

"The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The spa was not open all day only 4 to 8. The breakfast was exceptional. I would go back. The spa was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. My only issue was that the room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down except open the slider with no screen."

"The Palace Hotel had great staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only unusual aspect was you had to go downstairs to iron your clothes but that seems to be the norm in Italian hotels ."

"The whole stay was wonderful. Exceeded expectations in every way. Food was amazing quality & reasonably priced. Breakfast had everything you need and so fresh. Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day. Gluten free nibbles with drinks. Perfect. Massive shout out and thank you to Luca P who made our last meal so special. Very attentive and attention to deal was second to none. Thank you Kurhaus for the most amazing stay. "

"Excellent breakfast choices and responsive staff. I lost my phone and the staff helped me communicate with someone who found it. The room had a magnificent view. We had dinner in the ristorante and the meal was creative and delicious. The staff are friendly and shared interesting information. "
