On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day. Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no ..."

"The shower was filled with mold and so disgusting . We were leaving the next day so we didn’t request for room change . The reception area is a nice seating area . They called taxi for us the day we were leaving at 4:30 in the morning and the taxi showed up within 5 minutes ( super convenient)"
