We got the Junior Suite and it was perfect for our honeymoon and also wasn't exorbitantly priced. The breakfast buffet was quite good too! "Worst experience ever had. Rude unhelpful man showed us the family apartment at the back of the building looking at the carpark when I had booked and paid for standard studio with pool and sea view. He shrugged, just kept saying it was impossible to have the room Id booked. He said we should find another hotel if we didnt like it. It was 7pm. "We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. They held our luggage for us but then when we left to get lunch to pass time so we could come back and check in, they forgot they had our luggage and were trying to show us straight to our room.
