"Pros: We chose the place based on the facilities rather than the location, so if you're wanting entertainment on your doorstep you'd be slightly disappointed. But for us, the villa was ideal, plenty of room inside, large swimming pool and excellent outdoor entertainment area including a pizza oven. Top Plemmirio Marine Park Hotel Reviews

Hotel Porta Reale

Hotel Porta Reale

10/10 Excellent
"We had expected to visit Noto for only a few hours, but decided to stay overnight. How fortunate. This hotel is a gem. Very convenient to the main entrance to the historic old town, the hotel (inside) is very modern in a tasteful, contemporary way. Our welcome was very warm, and helpful. We were not in the main building but in a house just steps away. It was spacious. The bathroom was great -- well lit, terrific water power, and a spacious shower. In the main building there is a rooftop bar, and a free welcome drink was offered. It was a relaxing way to end a busy day. Tourist groups disappear at night, and it was quiet. There was a good selection of fruit, breads, cakes, yogurt, etc. at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. And those travelling in Sicily by car might considering using Noto as a base to visit Siracusa and Ortygia."
