"Karen was super responsive and beyond helpful! Her cottage is so cute and is equipped with everything you need, and then some. Very clean, very cozy! Blankets galore! I recommend checking in and then going to the grocery, because chances are you won’t need several things on your list! Pretty much everything you need is there for you to use. The front of the house is very bright and airy, and the back bedroom makes a perfect dark “cave” for working night shift!The area is very convenient to a cute little town, and to restaurants, shops, etc. I would say the only negative is loud music when someone is playing pickleball next door. It was only on Saturdays during my long stay, and it wasn’t obnoxious, but you can definitely hear it. That one negative doesn’t outweigh the hundreds of positives, though! Highly recommended!"

"We had a lovely long weekend stay at this property at the end of March 2025. Our room was a very spacious efficiency. The wifi was good. There was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or go to the boardwalk. There is laundry available. There is no fitness area. Highly recommend."

"Instructions and expectations were clear. It was clean. Had ample space we needed. Would have liked the following: Sponge for the kitchen sink, tissues, each bed had a basic blanket but the description indicated there were extras, a clearer statement that the basement bedroom would need to access the top floor bathroom or the bedroom of those occupying the first floor. It states where they are located but not the implication of that. And a tall person is not able to fit comfortably in the shower."
