"When we arrived to check in, the desk staff was straight forward, not welcoming. There was a line with one person on duty. When the second person arrived, they didn't take the first person in line. They paid no attention to who was standing there; they just quietly walked in front of their workstation. Then, a guest later in the line saw before the rest of us and rushed up to get taken care of. I found that the front desk staff were not cordial and not attentive.
Late at night we name back to the hotel. The front desk had two people. They both were chatting with a group of people. I waited in line with two waters to buy from the market. I waited for 5 minutes. They continued to chat and did not acknowledge me, so I took my waters upstairs. The next morning, I paid for them at the front desk (just so you know 😁).
The breakfast and bar staff are friendly and serviceable. I found them interested in their customers' wants. They explained things thoroughly.
There is QR tipping which is phenomenal. I can tip easily and don't need cash to do it. Great idea!"
